The app calculates your daily goal according to your age, gender and level of activity so it's completely personalised. It also helps you track your progress and draws graphs of your daily, weekly, monthly and yearly water intake. You can find some additional tips in the app as well, like water facts and tasty drinks recipes. The app enables you to share your progress with friends and encourage them to stay hydrated too. Tracking your hydration goals is going to make regular water drinking your daily routine which will make you healthier, more energetic and feeling good.
